Where is the Mickey’s Detail Shop located?
Mickey’s Detail Shop is located in the same building as Mickey’s Car Wash, which is 16 Galaxy Pass, Sutton, MA, 01590.
How do I schedule an Auto Detail Service?

How does the Online Booking work?

The online system uses your phone number and/or email address. If you are already in the system, you will be sent a security code to enter. Any vehicles and prior jobs that have been set up will be available.

If it’s your first time, you will be prompted to enter your phone number, name, etc. and the system will set up a customer record. Once this is done, you will add a vehicle and once the vehicle is added, you can book your job and then schedule it.

Can I just get an estimate prior to booking a job?

You will be able to see the available packages, which will be priced based on your vehicle. The system will also show you additional services, which can be added to your package.

What type of Auto Detail Services do you offer?

We offer a full line of Auto Detail Services, which include Luxury, Deep Clean and Ceramic Coating service packages for both the Interior and Exterior of your vehicle. Service details and pricing are available on our website at mickeyscarwash.com.

What is the process to drop my car off for a detail?
When you arrive at Mickey’s Car Wash & Detail Shop, you will drive past Mickey’s Lane and can go towards the vacuum. There is a small parking lot near the building, where you can park your car. Keys can be dropped off in the lobby, which can be accessed via the door across from the car wash kiosks.
Can I drop my car off before my scheduled appointment?
Yes, our lobby is open from 7:00 am – 8:00 pm, so you can enter the lobby through the door across from the kiosks.
How long is an Auto Detail Service?
The time for an Auto Detail Service varies depending upon the type of vehicle and service. The minimum time for an exterior or interior service is 1.5 hours each. When you schedule your appointment, the booking system will provide the total time.
How will I know if my auto detail is done?
If your mobile number is on file, you will receive a text saying it is complete. Otherwise, we will give you a call.
Do I have to pick up my car right when it’s done?
No, our lobby is open from 7:00 am – 8:00 pm, so we will keep your keys at the front desk till you pick your vehicle up.
Are you open on Saturdays?
We are open every other Saturday. You can view the schedule through our online system at https://mickeyscarwashdetailshop.booking.detailbookie.com/signup
Can I purchase a gift card for Mickey’s Detail Shop?
Yes, gift cards can be purchased either on our website at mickeyscarwash.com OR you can stop by our lobby to make the purchase.
Can gift cards purchased before the Detail Shop opened be used towards an Auto Detail Service?
Yes, gift cards that were purchased before the Detail Shop opened, can still be used for Detail Services.
Is there a place for me to wait while my car is being detailed?
We don’t have a formal waiting area. However, there are other businesses in the plaza where you can get coffee, have your nails done or do shopping.
Do you offer a shuttle service?
Currently, we do not offer a shuttle service.

What is a Mickey’s Car Wash Unlimited Membership?

Mickey’s Unlimited Membership is a monthly program that allows you to wash your car as many days as you would like during the membership period.

You choose from 3 monthly package options.  View the options here Unlimited Membership Plans. Members also get a complimentary 5-minute vacuum each time they visit.

How do I get a membership?
The easiest way is to just stop by the car wash and head over to one of our kiosks. Here you can select and purchase your membership right at the kiosk. Take your receipt and hand it to the car wash attendant at the entrance to the car wash. The attendant will place an adhesive tag on your windshield with a unique identifying barcode linked to your vehicle and you are now officially a Mickey’s Unlimited Member!
You can also ask any of our customer service car wash attendants to assist you as well.

How do memberships work?
Mickey’s memberships work through a RFID system (Radio Frequency Identification). RFID readers are located at each kiosk. Once you have a membership tag on your windshield, as you approach the kiosk the RFDI reader will read the barcode on your membership tag, linking your account to your vehicle recognizing your membership.
Each time you visit the car wash you will be asked if you would like a complimentary 5-minute vacuum. Touch yes to receive a Pin# on your receipt for the free vacuum and the gate will raise to let you into the car wash. Touch no free vacuum and the gate will automatically raise.
Can I buy a membership for someone else?
You can purchase a membership for someone else, however you must have the vehicle that the membership will be linked to with you to make a purchase. This is because the membership tag is linked to the vehicle. Our car wash attendants will adhere the tag to the bottom left interior of your windshield.
Another option is to purchase a gift card, which can be used towards purchasing a membership or anything else at Mickey’s Car Wash & Detail Shop. Purchase a gift card here.
Can multiple members be on the same plan?
The membership is assigned to your specific vehicle.  Other individuals may bring your car in to get washed with your membership, but they cannot use it for another vehicle.
 
Can remove my membership tag and move it to another vehicle?
Membership tags contain an internal antenna that is used for the RFID Readers. Once the tag is disrupted, the antenna will break making the tag no longer active.
Can I use my membership for my other vehicles?
No, each vehicle has an assigned tag, which means each vehicle has its’ own membership. The tag is not a household membership.
Does my membership have an expiration date?
Memberships are billed out on a monthly basis based on your initial membership date and have no expiration date, as long as payment is received or until the member cancels their membership.
Can I manage, make changes or cancel my membership on-line?
You can manage your membership at our Membership Portal here.  Here you can change your plan, pause your membership, cancel your membership and update credit card information.
How do I update my credit card on my membership?
  • You can manage your membership from our website here at our Membership Portal
  • Another option is to call us at (508) 917-8363 with the updated credit card information. 
  • Or stop by our office the next time you are at the car wash. 
When does a membership change take place?
When processing the change online, the adjustment will be made based on the date that you made the change. When canceling through email or by phone please allow 3-4 business days to process.
I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my membership?
When you have an active membership and get a new vehicle, we will assign a new tag number the next time you come visit us. Just talk to one of the attendants before you pull up to the kiosks.
I had to get a new windshield. How do I get my membership tag on my new windshield?
When you have an active membership and get a new vehicle, we will assign a new tag number and put it on your windshield the next time you come visit us. Just talk to one of the attendants before you pull up to the kiosks.
Do I receive a refund when I cancel my membership?
No, you will not receive a refund.   Your membership will be active until your next billing date. You can manage your membership at our Membership Portal here or write to us at Mickey@MickeysCarWash.com
How do I reactivate my membership account?
If you paused your membership online, you can use the reactivate feature to start it up. You can manage your membership at our Membership Portal here.
Is there a limit on the number of times I can get my car washed with a membership?
The only limit is once a day, as many days per months as you like.

Petwash FAQ’s

Where is the Pet Wash?
It is a self-service Pet Wash, located inside Mickey’s store and can be accessed via the door across from the car wash kiosks.
Can you provide a description of the Pet Wash?
We have one self-service Pet Wash room, which has all the comforts of home. It is inside our building, has a raised pet tub for easy washing, steps for our pet visitors who need assistance and the room is totally enclosed. There are rugs on the floor to prevent slippage. The room is large enough if a family wants to bring in their pet.
Do I need to schedule a Pet Wash or do you take walk-ins:
We do take walk-ins so the Pet Wash does not have to be schedule. However, any scheduled Pet Washes take precedence over walk-ins. You can always call us at (508) 917-8363 to check availability.
What is included in the Pet Wash?
The Pet Wash includes use of the pet bath tub, which has stairs for any of our pet visitors that need assistance and a sprayer with warm water. Also included is your selection of shampoo, use of our towels and aprons and a doggie treat. We also have a pet air dryer with different selectionsto adjust especially for your pet. The best part is that our crew will clean and sanitize the room after you have leave.
How much is the Pet Wash?
Our Pet Wash is $24.50 for 25 minutes
What are the Pet Wash hours?
Our Pet Wash is open 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, 7 days a week
Is the Pet Wash per pet?
No, our Pet Wash is $24.50 for 25 minutes, so you can bring in multiple pets during that time. There is an additional fee if you need more time.
Can I get a Gift Card for the Pet Wash?
Yes, our gift cards can be used for the Pet Wash.
Who washes the pets?
It is self-service, so you wash your own pets.
Is the Pet Wash limited to dogs?
No, other pets than dogs can utilize the Pet Wash
